Advanced Infusion Services, “AIS”, is looking for an impact player who relentlessly pursues every opportunity with a drive to win.  We are on a mission to find the right Regional Sales Manager with a persuasive and consultative sales approach to sell our Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD) medications to physicians, clinic directors, pharmacists, and ambulatory surgery centers.

It is preferred that candidates for Regional Sales Manager have an established track record of surpassing your sales goals calling on physician offices.  Heavy weighting will be applied to candidates who have a stellar background selling pharmaceuticals or medical device to specialties such as pain management and anesthesiologists.

Ability to travel throughout territory, which includes Arizona, California, Nevada

 JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals in assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers to generate new business for the organization.  This position requires a consultative sales approach to various customers, including doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, pharmacists, and assistants to promote and sell AIS’s pharmacy services.  This is a field-based sales role with 50% travel.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree with two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy or B2B product sales position.
• Preferred that candidates have existing relationships in the pain management and anesthesiologist field.
