Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Milestones for the First Six Months:
In 1 month, you'll:
Complete onboarding, gain platform and partner ecosystem knowledge, meet stakeholders.
In 3 months, you'll:
Independently manage joint planning, establish executive relationships, launch sales plays.
In 6 months, you'll:
Deliver measurable growth in sourced revenue, expand partner offerings, and provide executive reporting.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000-227,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for variable commissions. In addition, Fusion offers a comprehensive suite of employee benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
