THE ROLE
The Implementation Lead is responsible for delivering enterprise-level SaaS implementations for healthcare organizations. Acting as a strategic partner, this role ensures a seamless transition from sales to Customer Success, integrates the platform into clinical workflows, drives patient enrollment, and mentors team members while improving internal processes and implementation strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead multiple enterprise SaaS implementations from late-stage sales through go-live and early adoption.

Develop and manage implementation roadmaps, workflows, and integration plans.

Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and project challenges.

Communicate progress and timelines to executive and operational stakeholders.

Maintain project tracking and documentation in CRM and project plans.

Collaborate to cross-functionally ensure alignment and execution.

Mentor team members and support process improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

5+ years leading SaaS implementations in healthcare or health technology.

Experience managing enterprise projects with structured project management methodologies.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in risk mitigation, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/project tracking tools.

Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.

Knowledge of value-based care, EHR systems (Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth), healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), or AI tools for workflow efficiency.
