THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Cardiovascular Specialty Account Executive to drive new business growth within the cardiovascular market. This role will focus on building and developing relationships with cardiovascular programs across health systems, independent practices, and the broader cardiology ecosystem while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong cardiovascular network, experience selling clinical technology, and a proven ability to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles and close six-figure deals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and manage a cardiovascular new logo pipeline across health systems, cardiovascular practices, and organizations with dedicated cardiology programs.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.

  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage against quarterly targets while ensuring accurate and consistent CRM forecasting and opportunity management.

  • Leverage existing relationships within the cardiovascular community and develop new connections with clinical, administrative, and quality leaders.

  • Develop relationships across organizations such as ACC, AHA, and STS while partnering with internal teams to expand registry-related opportunities.

  • Position our client's platform as a data infrastructure solution for cardiovascular programs participating in evolving CMS quality and payment models.

  • Represent our client at key cardiovascular conferences and industry events to build relationships and generate future sales opportunities.

  • Partner with Outcomes Research & Registries and Customer Success teams to support registry opportunities, research-related leads, onboarding, and account development.

  • Provide Product and Clinical teams with market feedback on cardiovascular workflows, data requirements, and registry integration needs.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within health IT, digital health, clinical technology, or a related healthcare environment.

  • A demonstrated track record of closing six-figure healthcare technology deals and consistently achieving sales targets.

  • An established network of cardiovascular decision-makers, such as service line leaders, program directors, practice administrators, or quality leaders.

  • Proven experience owning a full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, multi-stakeholder engagement, procurement, legal review, and contract negotiation.

  • Familiarity with the cardiovascular ecosystem and organizations such as ACC, AHA, or STS, including relevant registry programs.

  • Ability to confidently discuss clinical outcomes data, patient-reported outcomes, EHR integration, and quality measurement with clinical and administrative audiences.

  • Experience selling into complex health systems or cardiovascular organizations with multiple decision-makers and lengthy purchasing processes.

  • Strong CRM discipline with experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar platform to manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity stages.

  • Experience with cardiovascular quality or payment programs, such as TAVR, CABG, or stroke episode models, is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with cardiovascular medical device manufacturers or their commercial teams is a plus.
