This posting is for anticipated future opportunities. TRIAEM is proactively building a pipeline of experienced Program Managers for upcoming Department of Defense and Intelligence Community contract opportunities.
What You'll Do
Lead the successful execution of complex federal contracts and task orders from transition through contract performance.
Serve as the primary management point of contact for Government program, contracting, and technical representatives.
Direct and mentor geographically dispersed teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
Oversee staffing, recruiting, subcontractor management, workforce continuity, and employee performance.
Manage program execution to meet customer expectations for cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
Monitor program financial performance, labor utilization, forecasting, and contract health.
Identify and mitigate program risks while implementing proactive solutions.
Develop and present executive-level program reviews, status briefings, and performance updates.
Build strong customer relationships while ensuring outstanding mission support across multiple functional organizations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) acquisition and program management efforts.
Demonstrated success managing complex federal contracts or task orders supporting U.S. Government customers.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within professional services or mission support environments.
Strong background managing contract execution, staffing, subcontractors, financial performance, customer relationships, and program delivery.
Experience overseeing program schedules, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and willingness to complete additional security processing if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community customers.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience managing geographically dispersed cleared workforces.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal contract administration, and acquisition lifecycle management.
Experience supporting transition planning, workforce mobilization, and organizational growth.
Demonstrated success building and retaining high-performing teams in dynamic mission environments.
Salary Range
The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $250,000, depending on experience. Compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, technical expertise, contract requirements, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
Work Location
This position supports customer programs throughout the Northern Virginia / Washington Metropolitan Area and may require oversight of personnel across multiple Government and contractor locations.
Periodic CONUS travel is required to support customer engagements, program reviews, transition activities, workforce management, and other contract performance requirements.
