Job Description

• Safely and efficiently prepare and spray the pan mold, apply the gel coating, roll the pan, grind, and finish pans before heading to the Finish Department.
• Ensure department compliance with company safety rules and regulations and partner with Plant Supervisor and HR as appropriate.

• Prioritize department work to meet production demands.

• Keep work area neat, clean, and free from debris to ensure a safe work environment.

• Perform quality checks on product.
