Job Description  The Building People are seeking a qualified Sr. Systems Analyst to:
  • Provide direct consulting services in assisting with the implementation of functional solutions related to any of the following: ARCHIBUS, TRIRIGA, Nuvolo, MAXIMO, Service Now, AutoCAD, Newforma, BUILDER, ProxSafe, Project Connect, BlueBeam, Primavera
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish functional requirements, troubleshoot issues, provide suggestions and ideas to improve the solution.
  • Document, develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, use cases, feature files, and flowcharts for developers to follow.
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements to communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases in support of the overall quality assurance process.
  • Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback.
  • Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents and training videos.
  • Deliver online training as needed, develop client presentations, lead implementations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors. 
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. 

 

 

Skills & Requirements

Experience

  • At least seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) experience preferred, such as Archibus, TRIRIGA, Nuvolo, ServiceNow WSD, Maximo, FMSystems.
  • Experience with BUILDER, ProxSafe, Project Connect, BlueBeam, Primavera a plus
  • Experience with Confluence, Sharepoint, Kanban, and other industry tools
  • Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Additional Requirements

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov’t security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
  • 2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.
  • Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
  • Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
