Job Description

The Senior Space Planner supports space utilization, workplace planning, move management, AutoCAD drawing development, and Archibus administration functions. This position provides strategic workplace planning, occupancy management, design support, and facilities documentation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop space plans, occupancy plans, furniture layouts, and utilization analyses.
  • Manage and maintain Archibus space management databases.
  • Create and update AutoCAD drawings and facility records.
  • Conduct site surveys, measurements, and workspace assessments.
  • Prepare design intent drawings and renovation layouts.
  • Coordinate office moves and space reconfigurations.
  • Maintain master drawing libraries and CAFM records.
  • Improve space utilization and workspace efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Building Managers and stakeholders on workplace projects.
  • Assist with furniture standards, workspace standards, and occupancy planning initiatives.

 

Notice $100,000-$115,000 Skills & Requirements
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar full-time position.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Archibus, AutoCAD, and CAP Studio.
  • 2-5 years of Archibus and CAP Studio experience.
  • Bachelor's degree specializing in Interior Design.
  • Experience producing facilities and alteration drawings.
  • Knowledge of ADA, ABA, NFPA, GSA, AIA, ANSI, and applicable facilities standards.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of workplace planning and interior design projects.
Qualifications

*Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
