The Program & Quality Management SME provides operational analysis, business process improvement, quality management oversight, workflow optimization, performance measurement development, and executive reporting support for facilities operations programs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workflow assessments and business process re-engineering initiatives.
- Develop and implement performance measures and quality metrics.
- Analyze organizational processes and operational effectiveness.
- Support workflow automation and process improvement efforts.
- Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Produce executive summaries, dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
- Support operational oversight and program performance initiatives.
- Assist with budget tracking, program reporting, and project oversight activities.
- Deliver training materials and operational guidance.
$140,000-$152,000
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of complex operational oversight experience.
- Extensive experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
- Experience supporting large federal organizations.
- Expertise developing and monitoring performance-based metrics.
- Experience customizing workflow and repository database systems.
- Strong knowledge of federal budgeting and execution cycles.
- Experience supporting highly interdependent operational environments.
*Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
