Job Description

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the COR and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support strategic planning, execution, and reporting activities.
  • Develop project documentation and status reports.
  • Support execution of PMO initiatives and operational transition activities.
  • Provide technical guidance following industry best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and support issue resolution.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and briefings.

Operational Requirements:

  • Available Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
  • Respond within 4 hours to technical issues

 

Notice $140,000-$175,000 Skills & Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting project management environments.
  • Experience coordinating activities, facilitating communications, and supporting strategic planning.
  • Experience supporting operations and maintenance functions in a campus environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • DHS, GSA, or comparable Federal agency experience.
  • Experience supporting facilities or infrastructure programs.
Qualifications

*Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.

*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
