Sales Experience
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or software sales.
- Proven success in a hunter role focused on net-new logo acquisition.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise environments.
Manufacturing & Engineering Background
- 3+ years of hands-on discrete assembly manufacturing with direct shop-floor experience.
- Customer-facing engineering credibility, including process walk-downs, pilot builds, acceptance testing, and technical demos for manufacturing teams.
Technical & Systems Expertise
- Knowledge of authoring and maintaining EBOM/MBOM, routings, BOPs, and standard work; ability to translate CAD/drawings into production documentation.
- Experience managing PLM change control (ECO/ECR) and configurable BOMs; familiarity with Proplanner or comparable PLM/ME tools.
- Familiarity with MES/shop-floor execution and traceability, including work-order execution, data collection, and ERP/MES integration requirements.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other standard sales tools.
