Job Description

 Demand Generation sits within the Marketing organization to drive pipeline creation and campaign execution across our business units. This team partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to bring campaigns to life across digital channels.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing Advantive's digital marketing programs across web, email, paid media, and social channels. This is a hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns -- not just planning them.

The role owns the day-to-day execution of Advantive's digital presence, including website updates, email campaigns, social media publishing, and coordination with external partners on digital advertising performance. Success in this role requires strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and a performance-oriented mindset, along with the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate execution, improve quality, and drive continuous optimization across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own execution of website updates, including landing pages, content changes, and conversion improvements in partnership with internal stakeholders and external developers.
  • Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and nurture programs, including segmentation, scheduling, performance tracking, and leveraging AI to personalize messaging and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage Advantive's social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing, performance tracking, and using AI tools to accelerate content creation across emails, social posts, ad variations, and landing page copy while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner with external digital agencies to support paid media programs (Google Ads and LinkedIn), including campaign setup, asset trafficking, and performance monitoring.
  • Execute digital campaigns across channels, ensuring all assets, links, and tracking are accurate and aligned.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities based on data and trends, and use AI to support testing variations, analyze performance trends, and improve conversion rates and targeting.
  • Maintain digital marketing assets and ensure consistency across web, email, and social channels.
  • Support lead flow by ensuring campaigns are properly set up, tracked, and integrated with CRM systems.
  • Test and iterate on campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to keep projects on track across internal teams and external partners.

Skills

AI & Modern Marketing Tools

  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing execution, including content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation, is expected.
  • Ability to guide AI tools to produce high-quality, on-brand outputs is important.
  • Comfort evaluating AI-generated insights and applying them to improve campaign performance is required.
  • Interest in staying current with evolving AI capabilities in digital marketing is preferred.

Digital Execution

  • Experience executing digital marketing programs across email, web, social, and/or paid channels is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is essential.
  • Comfort working within marketing tools and platforms to build and launch campaigns is expected.

Marketing Automation & Email

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email campaign execution is required.
  • Understanding of segmentation, nurture programs, and campaign workflows is important.
  • Familiarity with email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions is expected.

Web & Content Management

  • Experience updating website content and landing pages, preferably within a CMS, is required.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles and conversion-focused design is preferred.

Paid Media Coordination

  • Exposure to paid digital channels such as Google Ads or LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Ability to work with agencies to execute campaigns and track performance is important.

Analytical Mindset

  • Ability to review campaign performance and identify areas for improvement is required.
  • Comfort working with data and reporting dashboards is expected.

Collaboration & Organization

  • Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and keep projects moving forward is essential.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are important.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing required.
  • Experience with demand generation and/or marketing operations preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.
  • Experience with website management and digital campaign execution is required.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through on execution is essential.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment is required.

Location: Tampa, FL In-office requirement: 2 days a week

While we offer workplace flexibility, this role currently requires onsite presence two days per week at our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Please note that in-office requirements are subject to change.
