Our brand is growing and we are looking for managers with prior kitchen manager experience. Kitchen managers are a great fit to our brand with the amazing WOK style cooking and fresh, high-quality food. Job Responsibilities
The General Manager position is an exempt role and requires a 5 day work week.
The General Manager is primarily responsible for the following:
- Complete daily opening & closing manager procedures
- Assist in the kitchen during peak business, as needed
- Manage the day with a guest satisfaction and customer service focus
- Train and oversee the kitchen staff
- Train and develop the entire team
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Maintain the standards of the Health Department
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Manage labor throughout the shift
- Manage inventory
