PRIDE CLINICIAN

Generous Stay-on Bonus!

$3,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation period for LMSW's and Limited Permit Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors!

$6,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation period for LCSW and LMHC!

Our LGBTQIA+ oriented team has openings for PRIDE CLINICIAN. Help us realize our dream of creating a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This PRIDE team will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to the LGBTQIA+ community in a client’s home or in the office for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families in a culturally informed and competent way.

Pride Clinicians work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Compensation:

  • Full-time: $50,000 - $65,000
  • Fee for Service: $35 - $55 per hour

Qualifications:

  • LGBTQIA+ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof
  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
  • Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
  • Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
