Northeast Family Services is premier mental health provider with over 20 years experience providing services to children, youth, and families. 
We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed clinician to join our growing Massachusetts team as Assistant Program Director for Outpatient Therapy. 

The Outpatient Assistant Program Director is responsible to provide leadership and support daily operations to our client care programs. The APD will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and clinical supervision to our Outpatient Therapy staff. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines. The APD of outpatient therapy will work under the guidance of the Program Director.

We work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. 

This is a Hybrid position and can work out of any of our Massachusetts offices across the state.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
  • Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist)   
  • Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
