PRIDE Outpatient Therapist

PRIDE Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. This position will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

Compensation:    

Fee for Service:  

  • $45/hour for MA Level  

  • $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity  

  • $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience  

  • $65-$70/hour for independent license  
            

Incentive for on-site:  

  • 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750  

  • 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000  

  • 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250   

 

 Premiums paid for:  

  • Non-English language capacity  

  • Experience  

  • Select clinical specialties        
             

Qualifications:   

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required   

  • Independent Clinical License within 2 years 

  • Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus 

  • Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team  

  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus! 

  • Hybrid position – Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.
