Northeast Family Services is looking for a QA Reporting Associate with strong administrative and reporting skills to join our growing team!    
  
As a member of the operations and quality assurance team, the Administrative QA Reporting Associate will support the QA Manager and assist in running, tracking, and compiling reports for the QA and EHR team. Helping to track daily productivity reports and related spreadsheets is a key function of this role, as well as sending follow-up emails to stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

This is a remote position, but must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the QA Manager with running daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 

  • Respond to reporting inquiries in a timely fashion 

  • Email managers and other stakeholders for reporting clarification and accuracy 

  • Help compile, review, and quality check reports 

  • Provide a high level of attention to detail and consultative service skills with interactions of staff  

  • Participate in development of training plans for reporting and data utilization  

  • Acts as project assistant for all Clinical Quality related projects 

  • Identifies, assesses, troubleshoots reporting related issues as they occur, and sees through to full resolution.  

  • Maintains proper user control by adding and deactivating users and updating credentials as necessary  

  • Maintains confidentiality of all patient/client and employee information  

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience 

  • At least 1 year of (EHR) Electronic Health Records administration experience preferred  

  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with various computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook required 

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Ability to formulate positive collaborative relationships with the program managers and staff  

  • Ability to work remotely and reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY.
