Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits! 

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi! 
 Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!    
or a $5,000 Stay-on Bonus for bilingual English / Spanish speakers! 
 

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team!   

Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes. 

Compensation: 

Full Time Rates: 

  • Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year 

Premiums paid for:   

  • Non-English language capacity   

  • Experience 

  • Select clinical specialties  

Qualifications:  

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required  

  • Clinical Licensure (LCSW or LMHC) and Limited Permit in the state of NY  

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred  

  • Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team  

  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.   

  • Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred  

  • Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus   

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
