HRIS Specialist
Job Summary:
Working directly with the Human Resources/ L&D Team to resolve issues, customize settings, build reports, support integrations, and train front line users on our HCM and other HR systems. This position will also perform a variety of simple to complex human resources administrative functions to support the shared services platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Cornerstone HCM system
• Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including performance management, compliance, L&D and workforce analytics.
• Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance HCM processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for automation and implement solutions to streamline data management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems
• Stay current on HCM trends and technology to create strategic improvements
• Develop and maintain the electronic employee file system
• Assist the Human Resources team with various tasks and projects.

Job Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related area.
• 2+ years experience in HRIS administration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in HCM/HRIS software, databases, and reporting tools required.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and tie functional needs to technology solutions.
• Some project/team experience and ability to prioritize work.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Exponent or Salary.com a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas), Word, Outlook and PPT required
• Committed to quality work, highly accurate and detail oriented
• Self-starter, proactive, and strong work ethic
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to track and take action to ensure completion of job duties
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize are critical to success
