Job Summary:
Receives, stocks, inventories, package, ships, and distributes material, tools, and equipment; operates forklift/pallet jack. Duties will include operating light to medium size trucks to transport materials on public highways, and between company plants.

Primary Responsibilities:
This is for our (Weekend Shift Only) - 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
**Note**: Employees hired for the weekend shift will start working Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM for two to four weeks for the initial training before being transferred to the weekend shift.
• Transports material to the various manufacturing areas as required.
• Inputs material information into the computer database to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Issues items to fill orders from stock
• Maintains inventory locations in a clean and organized manner
• Completes reports and performs periodic inventories of materials
• Assists with the loading of large volume shipments as necessary.
• Use material movement equipment to move large items.
• Scrap obsolete or expired material from management direction.
Assist in various company and customer audits.
• Fills KANBAN bins as they become empty.
• Ship out finished goods along with subassemblies to the next manufacturing area.
• Records and reports shortages to Inventory Management Supervisor as appropriate.
• Places and stores materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Able to get certified to operate Bendi type forklift.
Job Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have experience in managing inventories in an ERP environment on a computer.
• Must possess or be willing and able to obtain a BATF Clearance to handle explosive material.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and detailed procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with groups of employees and all levels of management.
• Ability to get forklift certified.
• Must be able to use general Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to obtain ATF Processor license.
