Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Contracts Administrator with independent judgment and expert knowledge to prepare and negotiate proposals and administer contracts from their inception through completion.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responds to customer inquiries, written and verbal, in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews customer solicitation/contract terms and conditions for acceptance and interprets and analyzes contract clauses, provisions, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepares contract Representations and Certifications in accordance with regulatory requirements and provides written and verbal instructions to company regarding contractual requirements.
• Analyzes cost and estimating data for appropriate utilization in pricing proposals and prepares proposals for submittal to customers in accordance with individual customer requests and company and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiates contract terms/conditions and prices with customers.
• Prepares and processes sales orders and related documents reflecting contract requirements for internal distribution and direction.
• Prepares proposal and contract correspondence and establishes and maintains contract files.
• Works closely with program management to identify contract changes and prepares contract claims.
• Provides internal direction regarding contract changes.
• Reviews contracts and orders from customers for acceptance based on company quotations and/or negotiated agreement.
• Prepares and submits Contract/Technical Data transmittals to customers in accordance with contract requirements and instructions.
• Monitors, analyzes and reports on all aspects of contract performance, status, compliance and/or problems to company management.
• Represents company and participates in customer meetings.
• Follows standard practices and safety procedures.
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

This role requires collaboration across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
• 6-10 years with BA/BS; 3-8 years with Masters.
• Ability to obtain BATF clearance
