PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee all aspects of Human Resources across both company locations.
· Manage all employee relations issues, providing support to managers and supervisors in any employee related issues, including investigation on follow up on complaints.
· Oversee the company training and development program by performing all monthly or annual trainings pertaining to safety or human resources.
· Advise various levels of management on employee communications of new policies, schedule changes, reprimands, etc.
· Develop, maintain and administer all policy writing and changes within the company handbook.
· Track attendance and tardiness of all hourly employees, issue employee reprimands to managers as needed.
· Responsible for all aspects of company recruitment strategies of hourly and salary positions.
· Ensure compliance of contract requirements ensuring all annual federal contractor reporting and training is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Communicate with finance on any payroll changes, new hires, benefit enrollments, etc. on a bi-weekly basis.
· Provide various analysis regarding headcount, employee demographics, benefits, cost-benefit analysis to managers across the company.
· Complete monthly and annual metrics associating with HR to Nammo Corporate and for internal communication.
· Responsible for ensuring the safety of the company and employees, and limiting the amount of accidents and incidents in the workplace.
· Manage the company return to work program, enter and track all worker’s compensation claims.
· Lead administration of employee benefit programs including 401k and health and welfare plans, and ensure timely enrollment of benefits by all employees.
· Assist in the development, review and implementation of formal compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
· Conducts periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations to ensure compliance with FLSA requirements.
· Participate in compensation benchmarking to ensure practices are in line with market pay.
· Oversee and support various Company projects and programs including employee social activities, community outreach efforts, and compliance matters.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
· Emergency Coordinator alternate for both facilities
· Maintain OSHA 300 logs, incidents log/reporting, safety audit logs.
· Attend trainings as needed, including First Aid, CPR, etc.
· Plan and oversee any company events, activities, and fundraising.
· Travel 25%
