Salary: $78,000 - $81,000 per year, Salaried Exempt
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, and train new CREW Maintenance and Admin Associates.
- Assist with scheduling as needed, manage timecards, and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Partner with regional leadership to assess site needs, develop action plans, and support ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, hiring events, and team meetings.
- Support direct CREW shifts as needed, maintaining service quality and performance standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and service excellence across all CREW teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or related field.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, administrative processes, compliance requirements, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, time card management, and general office software.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to balance home office responsibilities with frequent on-site presence and support.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Travel to support on-site onboarding and training
- Constant need to type, write, & grasp (working at a computer and answering phones)
- Occasional need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder (cleaning up litter, putting out advertisement sandwich boards, put out balloons, open doors, pick up and move items)
- Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 25 lbs on occasion, frequent need to lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs
