Job Costing Coordinator (On-Site)

$20-24/hr commensurate with experience

 

In our time of growth, we are seeking a Job Costing Coordinator to add to the team in Palmetto, FL. Qualified applicants should possess excellent organizational and computer skills, an ability to multi-task, have great communication skills along with an interest in a long-term career path that allows growth within a stable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain superior standards through detailed order processing and data entry.
  • Create Excel spreadsheets, type in information provided by customers, verify customer information by comparing to source documents.
  • The ability to remain focused and patient is important as is attention to detail.
  • Update existing data and retrieve/repurpose data from a database as required.
  • Assisting sales team in order processing and customer relations.
  • Assisting with any other duties are required.

  • Ability to work from 7am - 5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Ability to prioritize, follow through, and stay on track

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience working with Estimators/Project Managers a major plus
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry preferred
  • At least 1-3 years of office experience or equivalent education
  • Proficiency in MS Office, primarily MS Excel a must
  • Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English required)
  • Positive and energetic demeanor
