Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
- 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Job Description: Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. The Sushi Cook is responsible for preparing sushi dishes while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The job requires precision, speed and an understanding of fresh ingredients to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Our restaurants typically include an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room. Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
