They will be responsible for sourcing government contracts across various platforms, expanding our opportunities, and supporting proposal management. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Government Contracts: Use platforms like SAM.gov, FedConnect, GovWin and more to identify government contracting opportunities.
• Diversifying Sourcing: Find new ways to discover opportunities at the federal, state and local levels, not relying solely on SAM.gov.
• Proposal Management: Understand proposal management and ideally, the Shipley framework, to assist in writing proposals.
• Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to details, have strong organizational skills and excel in written communication.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and take ownership of your role.
• Research and Opportunity Tracking: Invest time in researching and tracking upcoming opportunities from government agencies, ensuring our readiness.
• Relationship Building: Comfortably reach out to agencies, partners, & clients. Possess the ability to build strong relationships with government representatives.
