Job Description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter 

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field to ensure success in the recruiting domain. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach to sourcing and placing talented individuals within our organization and community. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Source, identify, and recruit top-tier IT talent for internal and external opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with partners and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. 

  • Utilize creative strategies and tools to discover potential candidates and opportunities within the community. 

  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. 

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and placement. 

  • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding industry trends, market changes, and potential talent pools. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology). 

  • Proven experience or strong interest in IT recruitment or a related field. 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment and meet targets effectively. 

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and sourcing. 

  • Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools, databases, and platforms. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in technical recruiting or IT-related roles. 

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. 

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
