Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote

Reports to: Senior Leadership

Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing small business seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting both staff and leadership, and maintaining an organized and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure that all staff understand and follow company processes and policies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on procedures and tools, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Assist in project coordination and offer administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business operations to ensure consistency and compliance with our standards.
  • Maintain an audit-ready environment by following an audit schedule and ensuring compliance with ISO-aligned business practices.
  • Create and deliver weekly and end-of-month status reports for leadership on operational performance.
  • Act as the go-to person for operational guidance, ensuring that employees can efficiently access resources and information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and SharePoint, or a strong ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong knowledge or understanding of ISO standards (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
