Job Description

 The Office Administrator is responsible for performing the following tasks:

  1. Review and verify drivers' and matrons' trip cards to ensure payroll is accurate
  2. Communicate with dispatchers to resolve time and attendance discrepancies
  3. Enter weekly payroll data into workforce management system
  4. Manage applicant workflow within Hirebridge and other job recruitment sites
  5. Coordinate job applicant interview schedule
  6. Maintain verbal and electronic communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
  7. Submit monthy union dues and census reports 
  8. Submit and track short-term disability, NY PFL and Workers Compensation claims
  9. Communicate with the Safety Officers and gather needed information for accidents
  10. Submit accident reports to our insurance company and follow up with claims representatives and legal support
  11. Review violation notifications with drivers
  12. Process ticket payments and maintain payment log
  13. Assist with scheduling, booking and confirmation of private trip (charter) requests
  14. Perform other administratve tasks as directed by management

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Detail oriented and highly organized

Candidates must be available to work a weekly Monday through Friday 9:00am -  5:00pm schedule

Pay Rate: $1,000.00 per week
