About the role
We're looking for a credible, energetic Product Marketing Evangelist to become a leading voice for Confirm's scale-up proposition and help create demand in the market.
This is not a traditional, desk-based product marketing role. Sitting within Field Marketing, you'll spend a significant amount of time in the market: speaking at events, hosting customer and prospect conversations, leading webinars and roundtables, creating strong points of view, and helping Sales turn interest into meaningful commercial conversations.
You'll combine product marketing discipline with the presence and curiosity of an industry evangelist. You'll understand the pressures facing fast-growing organisations - from inconsistent onboarding and widening skill gaps to compliance, engagement and performance - and translate Confirm's capabilities into a story that is relevant, distinctive and commercially useful.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Corporate Marketing and scale-up customers, you'll connect what we build with what the market needs to hear. You'll bring external insight back into the business, strengthen our scale-up narrative and help field programmes perform harder.
This role owns the full Product Marketing remit for Confirm's scale-up proposition. You'll own both strategy and execution - from market insight, positioning and messaging to go-to-market planning, launches, competitive intelligence and sales enablement. You'll also take that work into the market, building authority and helping turn attention into engagement, opportunities and growth.
What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
-
Define the story. Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, and proof points for Confirm’s scale-up offering. Run brand promise and messaging workshops to build alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
-
Lead go-to-market. Set the strategy for launches and major proposition developments, working across Marketing and commercial teams to take the message to market through campaigns, content, events, PR, partners, and customer activity.
-
Shape product-to-market direction. Bring customer, competitive, and commercial insight into Product planning, helping identify the capabilities, use cases, and evidence needed to win.
-
Be a visible advocate. Represent Confirm at industry events, webinars, roundtables, podcasts, customer forums, and partner sessions.
-
Build a distinctive point of view. Develop credible perspectives on scale-up readiness, performance, engagement, and workforce enablement that extend beyond product promotion.
-
Create market moments. Work with Marketing to turn product innovation, customer evidence, research, and industry developments into timely campaigns and conversations.
-
Support priority programs. Bring scale-up expertise into campaigns, events, executive engagement, account-based programs, and strategic customer and prospect conversations.
-
Help create and progress opportunities. Work with Field Marketing and Sales to reach the right audiences, open stronger conversations, and improve follow-up.
-
Lead product-led content. Set priorities and direction for scalable product and market content, supported by the Copy/Content Writer and Content Producer/Designer.
-
Translate capability into value. Explain how Confirm improves scale-up enablement, consistency, productivity, and performance without relying on feature-first language.
-
Adapt and substantiate the story. Tailor messaging for different sectors, audiences, use cases, and buyer stages, using customer evidence, product demonstrations, and market data.
-
Equip customer-facing teams. Develop practical talk tracks, pitch narratives, use-case stories, objection handling, and supporting materials.
-
Stay close to the market. Build relationships with customers, prospects, practitioners, partners, and industry communities to understand changing needs, language, and buying priorities.
-
Create a strong feedback loop. Turn market and field insight into practical recommendations for Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
-
Build confidence and consistency. Coach customer-facing teams and ensure external messaging remains accurate, evidence-led, and aligned with product direction.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Comfortable on a stage or in an executive conversation as they are working through a messaging problem with colleagues.
- Commercially minded, naturally curious and credible with practitioners. You will know the difference between being visible and being useful - and aim for both.
- Significant experience owning product marketing within a B2B technology business, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, competitive intelligence and sales enablement.
- A strong track record of presenting to external audiences and facilitating senior customer or prospect conversations.
- Experience translating complex software, data or operational capabilities into clear business value.
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions and how Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer teams work together.
- Evidence of supporting campaigns, events or account programmes that contributed to commercial outcomes.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create clear narratives, presentations and thought leadership
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, industry events and field activity.
Desirable
- Experience in HR technology, learning and development, employee experience, workforce management or the wider world of work.
- First-hand experience of fast-growing sectors such as SaaS and technology, professional services, ecommerce or internet businesses.
- An existing network or public profile within scale-up, HR, people, operations or learning communities.
- Experience working across North American and UK or European markets.
- Experience using research, customer evidence and data to develop market points of view.
- Confidence working with product demonstrations and discovery-led workshops.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 20th November 2026
