Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述:

The Facility Operation & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for campus facilities and equipment, leading and managing a team of technicians, and overseeing vendor activities to ensure the quality of their work. As well as managing spare parts inventory and intelligent facilities management systems, developing emergency plans to ensure smooth campus operations.
