We are looking for a SHOP SERVICE CLERK to join our team Bluffdale, UT. As a Shop/Service Clerk with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will support the day-to-day operations of our maintenance divisions. This in-office role plays a vital part in keeping our fleet and shop operations organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with strong office and communication skills.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s Fleet Service Program through local dealerships.
- Update and maintain records in the fleet management program.
- Assign and monitor access to company fuel islands.
- Maintain fleet registration and compliance records.
- Create and manage vehicle decals and company fleet identification numbers.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Telematics report building.
- Submitting Equipment Disposals.
- Manage monthly invoice and POs for Rental Equipment Fleet.
About You
We Require:
- Experience working in an office environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Telematics system, and general computer use.
- Comfortable using office equipment including phones, scanners, and printers.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Previous experience or familiarity with a maintenance or fleet shop environment is helpful but not required.
