Job Description

Job Summary:

The Manager of Data Analytics will be a key leader on the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for creating and maintaining a data structure that promotes a self-service and automation-focused environment.  The right individual will act as Data Scientist for the group and will support data accessibility across all brands.  This individual will interact with leaders across the organization and effectively communicate technical solutions at business and technical levels.  They will support not only data solutions but also recommend technical (automated) solutions for processes as appropriate.   

Essential Duties can include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain key systems and tools that support a self-service, customer-oriented, and automation-focused Finance team
  • Leverage technology to fully automate regular reporting for both field and support center customers
  • Work with holding company and brand leadership to identify data sources to support strategic decision-making and build workstreams to capture and operationalize those data sources
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes throughout the organization through application of technology
  • Independently prioritize and align activities with business initiatives
  • Assists with management training with regards to key operational metrics or reporting tools 

Other Duties

  • Design and support models that leverage detailed, multifaceted, large volume data sets
  • Manages ad hoc analytical requests
  • Infrequent travel may be required for training on tools and systems
