Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary:

This position exists to coordinate functions of the ABRH Marketing Department (All Brands) and to help develop and implement projects in support of the department. 

Essential Duties:

  • Answer telephone calls assisting with marketing questions or issues; screen calls from vendors
  • Process department invoices/secure appropriate signatures and forward to accounting for payment

  • Coordinates gift card programs including in-store sales and incentives, third party vendors, promotional opportunities, card orders, activations and administration
  • Supports gift card program(s) during key sales times: Holidays and B2B
  • Contest development and reporting throughout calendar year
  • Coordinates Nutritional Analysis with vendor
  • Supports Menu and Product Teams
  • Coordinates ePie Site Maintenance
  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing Charitable Requests
  • Maintain and update websites: menu, pricing, promotions, location sections
  • Assist accounting with Sweet Rewards Program
  • Assist with email marketing
  • Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure all are aligned with upcoming initiatives
  • Works with training, marketing, and culinary teams to help proof rollout materials
  • Manage select marketing projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to juggle many things at once and effectively prioritize
  • Communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
  • Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required
  • Business school, Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • High level experience in attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in food service background including, marketing, operations, training, and or R&D technical management preferred

Essential Physical Demands

Regularly requires the use of vision, speech, hearing, fine motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and color definition. Ability to sit for extended periods, ability to use keyboard, ability to work under pressure of multiple, simultaneous deadlines with stress of high level of accuracy requirement under often short time frames. Frequently requires ability to interact professionally under pressure with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
