Sign Shop Production/Project Manager


Established Portland area sign shop is seeking a production/project manager. This position offers career advancement opportunities. Sign production experience is a plus, but training will be provided in all areas.

Skills & Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with existing team to schedule daily and weekly production and installations.

  • Sourcing of necessary supplies for timely production and delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate with staff and clients to plan, execute, and install projects.

  • Conduct scheduled production team meetings.

  • Oversee service and maintenance of equipment and production areas.

  • Perform site inspections at client places of business.


Knowledge and skills:

  • Proven manual production experience preferable.

  • Experience with sign equipment, including laminators, plotters, cutting equipment and hand/power tools is a plus.

  • Comfortable working on-site with clients and coordinating an on-site install team.
