Numerator is committed to fair and equitable pay practices and regularly
runs market analysis to ensure we stay competitive. The hiring range is the estimated base
salary for the role. Offers are based on a wide range of factors,
including but not limited to: relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to base pay and a comprehensive benefits package, other variable compensation,
such as an annual bonus or commission is offered.
Numerator is seeking a visionary Director of Market Research Strategy to join our dynamic Survey Team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our custom and platform survey businesses. This position is ideal for a seasoned market research professional who has extensive experience as both a buyer and consumer of market research data and has a history of working with leading firms such as Ipsos, Nielsen, Suzy, and others.
How You'll Spend Your Time

Act as a strategic advisor, driving the vision and roadmap for Numerator's custom and platform survey offerings.

Leverage your expertise in purchasing and utilizing market research studies to inform strategic decisions and innovations.

Immerse yourself in Numerator's tools and offerings daily to develop a deep understanding and identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

Analyze and synthesize data to provide actionable recommendations to various stakeholders across the organization.

Engage with customers to present new concepts and gather valuable feedback to inform and refine our offerings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to enhance the quality and applicability of our survey offering.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing and create documentation to disseminate best practices.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in market research technologies and methodologies to ensure Numerator remains at the cutting edge.
What You'll Bring to Numerator

Proven experience in purchasing and consuming market research services from top industry providers like Ipsos, Nielsen, and Suzy.

In-depth understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis, particularly within the CPG sector.

Strong strategic acumen with the ability to guide and influence high-level decision-making.

Hunger to drive innovation and disruption to traditional industry practices

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
