Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our HR technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of our HR systems, with a strong emphasis on ADP and Keka. 

The ideal candidate combines strong systems expertise, analytical capabilities, and business acumen to enhance HR operations, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable workforce insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary administrator for ADP/Keka HRIS systems (Workforce Now and/or related modules)

  • Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, integrations, and security roles, while ensuring data integrity through regular audits and thorough process documentation/training.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy laws and regulatory requirements

  • Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports for HR, Finance, and leadership teams

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors

  • Manage system integrations between ADP and other platforms (benefits providers, ATS, finance systems, etc.) Including supporting file feeds, APIs, and data imports/exports

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to streamline HR processes through system optimization

  • Document processes, configurations, and technical procedures

  • Maintain audit readiness and support internal/external audits

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of HRIS experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and systems configuration experience

  • Experience building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards

  • Knowledge of HR data structures and compliance requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP / Keka HRIS

  • Experience with system integrations and data mapping

  • Knowledge of APIs, file feeds, and data transformation

  • HRIS implementation or system migration experience
