LOCATION:                         MENARDS CORPORATE OFFICE       

REPORTS TO:                    CORPORATE KITCHEN MANAGER

 

  • Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Menards Corporate Office has an internal Kitchen/Cafeteria available for employees, called “Wolf River”. Our Kitchen is a brand-new facility with top-of-the-line equipment. Our cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch specials as well as an assortment of grab and go type items. Come join an awesome environment, with even better food!

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation of weekly Menu’s including daily specials and Breakfast specials.
  • Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow directions and convert recipes for various size groups
  • Help with Executive Style Dinners
  • Properly operate and maintain all equipment in the food preparation area
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance to all Health Department Codes
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Skills & Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Ability to work Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

·         Previous experience is a plus!

·         Possess a strong passion for food

·         Knowledge of menu development

·         Knowledge of Health Department Codes

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills
