POSITION SUMMARY: The Part time Videographer/Editor assists with tasks related to photography and media production for Communications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assisting photographers, videographers, editors or live broadcast specialists in the studios and on location
· Preparing products, studio, and sets for shoots.
· Copywriting, storyboarding, and editing scripts
· Audio recording and basic editing.
· Photo and video editing support.
· Animation.
· Live broadcasting/streaming
· Other tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Media Production Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Open to students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Video Production, Photography, Broadcast, Film Studies, Animation, Electronic Media or a related field
· Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
· Course work or relevant experience related to photography, video production, or advertising.
· Must have a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
· Experience with tools and home improvement products is helpful.
· Must be open-minded to change, strong communication skills and detail oriented.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to meet strict deadlines is essential.
· Must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We’re flexible with scheduling around class schedules.
