Job Description

We are looking to add both Part Time and Full Time Team Members to our Production Team at Fleet. Hours needed are Monday - Thursday from 5 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow Menards safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks 
• Provide outstanding service in a timely manner 
• Maintain a clean work environment 
• Perform safety checks of powered industrial vehicles 
• Transport product from production/receiving areas using powered industrial vehicles 
• Perform any necessary corrective actions to maintain a quality product 
• Operation of power tools 
• Various manual labor pending tasks as assigned 

Skills & Requirements

Position Requirements: 

• Able to operate power tools
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors 
• Continuous standing, bending, twisting and reaching along with lifting up to 75 pounds
• Work efficiently with other Team Members on a production line as well as alone 
• Previous production experience preferred but not required 
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask 
• No weekends 
• Able to work onsite in Eau Claire, WI
