Job Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Perform mechanical repairs to cars, trucks, semi-tractors CNG and diesel.

·         Diagnose vehicle problems.

·         Troubleshoot mechanical issues.

·         Perform accurate and timely vehicle repairs.

·         Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed.

Skills & Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Have 3-5 years of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technician degree

·         Provide their own tools

·         Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask

·         Parts knowledge

·         Must be able to take direction from management

·         Must be able to work independently

·         Able to lift 40lbs. occasionally
