This position requires team members to efficiently move trailers around the facility to help prepare freight that is being transported to Menard, Inc. stores.

Now hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME for:        

• 1st shift (7AM until 3:30PM) - $20.25/HR Part-Time & $22.05/HR Full-Time

**Hourly rate include YH incentive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely and efficiently move trailers to different areas of the facility

• Open and close swinging trailer doors and operate landing gear to place trailers

• Ensure proper freight securement of all loaded trailers and ensure trailers are loaded up to DOT standards

• Ability to work accurately with numbers and perform simple mathematical calculations

• Communicate with area supervisors using a yard management system to ensure proper placement of trailers

• Maintain site organization and cleanliness

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Have an interest in operating equipment
• Enjoy working outdoors 
• Proof of valid driver’s license
