Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for welding and fabricating items for Menard’s Fleet division. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Perform all aspects of welding and fabrication of new steel projects.

·         Fabricate various items that may pertain to trucks and forklifts, but not limited to this.

·         Any other welding related projects assigned by the manager.

Skills & Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Have 3-5 years of direct welding experience or an accredited welding technician degree

·         Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask

·         Must be able to take direction from management

·         Must be able to work independently

·         Able to lift 40lbs. occasionally
