1ST SHIFT: 6AM - 6PM | 2-week rotation schedule w/ every other full weekend off
2RD SHIFT: 6PM – 6AM | 2-week rotational schedule w/ every other full weekend off
STARTING PAY
PART-TIME: $19.25/HR (1ST) OR $21.25 (3RD)
FULL-TIME: $21.05/HR (1ST) OR $23.05 (3RD)
+2/HR 2ND SHIFT PREMIUM | + $3/HR ON WEEKENDS
*shift premium included in listed hourly rate

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials (sand, gravel, concrete mix)
- Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing.
- Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.
- Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects
- Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment
