PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER – CONCRETE BLOCK MANUFACTURING:

1ST SHIFT: 6AM - 2:30PM | MONDAY - FRIDAY

3RD SHIFT: 9:30PM – 6AM | SUNDAY - THURSDAY

STARTING PAY

PART-TIME: $19.25/HR (1ST) OR $21.25 (3RD)

FULL-TIME: $21.05/HR (1ST) OR $23.05 (3RD)

+2/HR 2ND SHIFT PREMIUM | + $3/HR ON WEEKENDS

*shift premium included in listed hourly rate

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.
• Set up equipment, molds, and materials according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
• Inspect finished blocks for quality, consistency, and defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Operate forklifts or other equipment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to stand throughout the shift
• Able to lift infrequently up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable bending, squatting, walking, and twisting
• Able to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
• High school diploma/GED preferred
