Responsible for hiring, coordinating, and following up with Contractors and Service Vendors to perform seasonal, yearly, and multi-year service for inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance in the Store Division.
Primary Responsibilities:

Hire Contractors and Service Vendors for the Store Division using the following approaches:

3 Bid Process
-
Reverse Auction
-
Other current/new methods
-
Proper Reporting of Vendor Agreements
-
Prepare and contract serv ice work through the use of purchase orders and service agreements

Work with vendors to coordinate work schedules
-
Ensure invoices are paid appropriately
-
Maintain accurate listing of the following:
-
Service vendors and their scope of work
-
Schedule of work to be completed
-
Assignment of vendors with stores to complete work
-
Inventory Replenishment
-
Inventory of material used by the store, Operations personnel or Service vendors in completing assigned projects

Inventory if safety items which include, but not limited to, personal protective equipment (PPE), eye wash stations, and eye wash fluid.

Develop procedures and put into practive testing of product's proposed by vendors to use in operations. Ex. Floor scrubber, cleaning products, lighting, etc.
