Menards Store Support is looking for Full-Time Call Center Team Members!
The Call Center Team Member provides excellent service to our Guests who contact the supported stores with inquiries into Menards products and/or services. This includes handling incoming contacts (e.g. phone & email). The Call Center Team Member supports sales by explaining products and services, providing pricing information, answering Guest questions, and closing sales. This position is in a fast paced call center environment. The Call Center operates during regular store business hours and requires night and weekend shifts. Flexible shifts are available!

Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely, polite manner.

Answer Guest and Team Member questions on product, pricing, deliveries, scheduling, calling off, etc.

Run transactions through the website for sales, special orders, etc.

Ability to acquire knowledge pertaining to the home improvement, remodel, and new construction industries through Menard In Home Training and other information sources.
