Job Description

Inspect installation sites.

Maintain inventories of production supplies such as sensors and cables.

Maintain service records of robotic equipment or automated production systems.

Document robotics test procedures and results.

Assist engineers in the design, configuration, or application of robotic systems.

Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components.

Train Team Members and other personnel to install, use, or maintain robots.

Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or templates.

Troubleshoot robotic systems, using knowledge of programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics.

Install, program, or repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, end-of-arm tools, or conveyors.

Evaluate the efficiency and reliability of industrial robotic systems, reprogramming or calibrating to achieve maximum quantity and quality.

Skills & Requirements

Degree in a related field AND at least three years' of related industry experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent mathematical ability.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to use tools and perform tasks such as soldering, welding, and metal cutting with precision and accuracy.

Thorough understanding of electrical wiring and computer software engineering.

Extremely proficient with computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to create accurate drawings and schematics.
